SHISEIDO Hone Cake (Ruby Red), 100g

I bought this at a local drugstore. I love the old-fashioned Shiseido designs, so I love the jewel-like look and nostalgic scent of this product. I wear a silk mask underneath a nonwoven mask because it irritates my skin, and I wash my mask with this. The subtle, pleasant scent is soothing. Shiseido seems to be gradually discontinuing their retro cosmetics, but I hope they continue to make this product.

This is the first time I've bought this! I have oily skin so I like refreshing products, so it's easy to use!

I've been using this for a long time. It's refreshing and not sticky, and I like the feeling of "cleaning!" It lathers well, and it's easy to use on the whole body with just this one. I like refreshing things, so red is my favorite, but my family says that red makes my skin feel tight, so purple is better, so maybe it's not suitable for people with dry skin.

I've had good results with the green and purple, so I also bought the red one, which is supposed to cleanse my dry skin more thoroughly. It cleanses more thoroughly than the green and purple ones, but if you moisturize well afterwards, you won't have to worry about dryness. It's good value for money, and I'd like to keep using it along with the green and purple ones.

I like bar soap and try a lot of different ones. I finished using Emerald, so I started using Ruby. It leaves a refreshing feeling after washing. I saw that Ruby has a more refreshing feel, but I can't feel any difference between it and Emerald. The lather is watery. Emerald has a firmer lather, so I'm worried about the friction of Ruby. The scent is subtle and nostalgic.
