How to use
Spa Treatment Real C-Essence Lotion: After cleansing your face, take an appropriate amount and massage it into your skin. [Usage amount: about the size of a 500 yen coin] *If using in the morning, please use UV protection. Note: Turn the pump until you've finished using it and do not remove it. Opening the bottle will allow air to enter. The bottle has a vacuum function, so unless the pump is faulty, you can use the entire amount by pumping. If you do not use it for a few days (about a week) after using it once, the first pump may come out too strong. In that case, squeeze out one or two pumps onto a tissue. It is fine if used daily. Please note that the liquid may turn yellow on white clothing. Spa Treatment eX Real C-Serum: 1. After cleansing and washing your face, tone your skin with toner. 2. Open the pouch sample and dispense into your hands, smoothing it over your entire face. 3. Apply additional product to problem areas, including the neck and décolleté, where signs of aging*1 are more likely to appear. 4. After applying the product to your skin by wrapping it in your palms, finish with a moisturizing serum or cream. *If you use it in the morning, please use UV protection. Note: Please use up the pouch sample immediately after opening. *1: May dry out.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
