Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin is dry, and I've been concerned about sagging pores, so I was looking for a good lotion. I happened to see this advertised online and bought it. It has a fairly light texture, but it absorbs into the skin and the scent isn't too strong, which I like. The next morning, my pores seemed less noticeable than usual! My skin also seemed to have a more radiant glow. I haven't been using it for that long, but I can already see the effects!
It penetrates deeply into the skin. When I take it in my hands, it is absorbed into my hands. However, since I have dry skin, I need to apply a thick layer of cream to get it to moisturize, so it may not be as moisturizing as I'd like. However, the way it penetrates into the skin is addictive, so I use it in combination with other lotions depending on my mood! If you don't have dry skin, you might like the refreshing feel.
I use Dress Snow, but I wanted something lighter, so I bought this. It's a moisturizing lotion, but I really like how it has a very light and smooth texture, yet still provides a lot of moisture. I love the rose scent, so that's another plus point. I also like that it's easy to dispense, just like Dress Snow, so I'll use it depending on my mood and skin condition.
