How to use
[Natural Lotion] After washing your face, take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 500 yen coin) onto a cotton pad or your hands and apply it to your skin. You can also use it as a wipe-off toner by soaking a cotton pad with plenty of lotion, or for body skincare. [Natural Balancing Cream] After preparing your skin with lotion, take an appropriate amount onto your hands and apply it to your entire face. At night, apply a generous amount and use it as a sleeping pack to moisturize and refine your skin's texture while you sleep.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
