Take an appropriate amount of product in the palm of your hand and massage it into your entire body from your ankles to your waist.
This is already one of my favorite items! Personally, I love the scent after applying it, and when I massage it in after a bath, I feel like I'm being gently wrapped up in it when I go to sleep, and I can sleep peacefully.
I struggled with the price, but I went ahead and bought it! It turned out to be a great decision ☆ My legs tend to swell easily, so a massage after a bath is essential, but when I massage with this, I feel refreshed the next day. The swelling is gone and I feel really refreshed. I feel like my legs have gotten thinner after just using it for about 3 days (lol). I think it's because the swelling has gone down. It's expensive, but it's a product I want to buy again (^^)
It feels soothing when you apply it. If you apply it after a bath and massage, it helps reduce swelling. It's a bit pricey, so I apply it to my thighs and stomach, which are areas of concern.
I love the smell and it has a refreshing feel to it, so it's very easy to use, especially in the summer.
It is perfect for summer because it is absorbed into the skin and has a refreshing feeling. On days when my legs are tired or swollen, I apply this and massage with a roller. In winter, it might be a bit cold.
