Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

One pump was quite a lot. I think the hold is decent. It's cheaper than the oil I've been using, which is helpful, but I think it would have been better if I could have seen the hold better.
I bought this to reduce heat damage, so I'm not too concerned about curl retention. When I was using a cheaper hair oil for irons, I felt like my hair was fading and damaged a lot, so I bought this. It's better value for money than ReFa hair oil, and I don't feel like it's damaging my hair as much as when I used cheaper products, so it's great◎It's a slightly heavy oil, so it does make your hair feel wet, but if you adjust the amount, it's not that noticeable to me. It does have a slight scent, but it doesn't linger. I recommend it to people who want to reduce hair damage at a good price! The only downside is that it's only available at limited stores...some places don't sell it...
I ran out of my favorite hair oil, Sympurte, so I quickly purchased this. It's cost-effective because you can style your entire head with just a small amount. Fragrance-free products are rare, so this is especially great for days when you want to use your favorite hair mist. It's oily when you apply it, but it's not sticky and doesn't bother me.
I only use it on my straightening iron, but it's good. The oil is a little heavy, which I like, and it doesn't have that oxidized smell that develops over time. ←This is the most important thing! It might be different in the summer, though. I recommend it for a moist, manageable style.
I use this before using a curling iron. It keeps my curls in place until the evening. It's an oil, but it's light and smooth, so it doesn't feel sticky. I personally prefer it to Refa's Lock Oil.
