Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The foam is loose. I thought it would be easy to wash and rinse off, but when I applied lotion, it felt a bit slimy...? I wonder if it's a combination with the lotion? It's the same Effe Organic moisturizing lotion, but... It feels like it comes off immediately when I rinse it off, but when I wipe it with a towel, it feels like the remaining cleansing ingredients float up...
I tried out the entire skincare set in the starter kit. The foam pump is easy to use, but the foam is a bit loose. I like a fine, elastic foam to wash my face, so this wasn't quite enough. The cleanser, lotion, and emulsion were fine, but the area around my lips is sensitive, so I found it a bit irritating.
