How to use
Wet your hair and scalp, then take an appropriate amount in your hand and work it into your entire hair. Gently wash your scalp and hair with plenty of foam, then rinse. If the liquid is difficult to dispense, lightly tap the side of the bottle several times before using. ( the pump) When first using, hold 1 in your hand, turn nozzle 2 in the direction of the arrow, lift the head, and empty the pump several times until the contents come out. (If the head does not lift, firmly tighten 1 and hold it in place with your hand, then turn 2 again.) 3 The notch on the pump head is the shampoo mark.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

P.S. After continued use, I feel like my hair has become dry and a little rough. I looked into it and it seems to have a strong cleansing power. I'll stop using the shampoo and just use the conditioner... ////////Previous review: This is the best shampoo and conditioner I've ever used! My hair is soft and very prone to tangling, but this left it really smooth even without using a treatment. The smoothness and moisture lasted until the next night, and I've noticed a significant reduction in hair-related stress (tangles, dryness, etc.) compared to before. When it first came out, I was impressed with how it left my hair after washing and used it for a while, but then I tried a bunch of other shampoos and finally found this one. I only purchased the shampoo. After washing, my hair gets tangled and feels rough. It just doesn't suit me. If the shampoo was good, I was thinking of buying the conditioner as well, but I think I'll pass. I also bought the refill, so it's a shame.
I only purchased the conditioner. I've been using Aujua, Milbon, and Scalp D shampoos, and Jill Stuart and Aujua conditioners, and I wanted to change my conditioner for the first time in a while, so I bought this. I have straight hair, and recently the ends of my hair have been getting tangled, but after trying Lux, I found it to be not too heavy, moisturizing, shiny, has a subtle, pleasant scent, and is easy to run my fingers through. I'm glad I bought it.
I bought it because it was on sale. The bottle is thin, so it runs out quickly. The shampoo was pretty good, washing my hair smoothly without making it feel rough, but I felt the conditioner was a little lacking. I wish it was a little thicker. It might be good for those who prefer a refreshing type. The scent is neither good nor bad, so I won't be buying it again.
