How to use
Take an appropriate amount (approximately 2-3 pumps) into the palm of your dry hand, blend well with your makeup, and then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's great value for money and you can use a lot of it, so I buy it often♪ The texture is a little heavy, so honestly, it doesn't absorb makeup that quickly. Yes, it's neither good nor bad. But that's what makes it such a precious product. My beauty method is to use a generous amount, then simply pat my skin with the palm of my hand and rinse it off quickly. I don't swirl it around with my fingertips. I just gently massage it into my skin and rinse it off quickly. It has a strong cleansing power, so it removes makeup cleanly. For those who don't normally wear heavy makeup, this is probably fine. It's easy to find and inexpensive. The Softymo series is wonderful.
