Apply by lightly tapping the entire puff onto large areas such as the cheeks, and the tip onto smaller areas such as the corners of the eyes and the wings of the nose, or when blending concealer. It is also recommended for use with highlights, shading, blush, and other makeup.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's super soft and feels great on the skin. It doesn't soak in too much, and is easy to use as a primer. It's quite large, about 1.5 times the size of Til Til's, so it may not be very maneuverable. It comes with a case, which is convenient for carrying around and for hygiene. I thought the texture was similar to RosyRosa's Airy Touch Puff.
I bought this because I liked the feel of the sample in the store. It comes with a case. I love the Rosie Rosa Airy Touch Puff, so I thought it would be similar, but it was a little different. The Rosie Rosa is more bouncy. The Mille-Fie is light and feels dry when tapped in. The Rosie Rosa is the winner when it comes to blending liquid foundation. Maybe it's because it's so big. It feels good on the skin when you puff it, though.
It's fluffy and feels great on the skin! I usually use a sponge or puff to finish my base makeup, but I didn't find this particularly easy to use or give a good finish. It's a slightly larger, regular puff. The carrying case is nice. I probably won't buy it again.
I use it as a puff to apply primer. It's soft and doesn't absorb the primer too much, so there's less friction on the skin when you spread it with the puff, and it spreads smoothly without any catching! It's large, so it's convenient for applying primer loosely, and it's great for busy mornings because you can spread the primer all at once without getting your hands dirty. This is the first puff I've bought and will be repurchasing.
