You can use it even with wet hands. Pump 2-3 times onto the palm of your hand and rub thoroughly onto foundation, makeup and skin impurities with your fingertips. Then rinse with cold or lukewarm water. If your hands or face are very wet, lightly squeeze out the water before using. No facial cleanser is necessary after this, but if you prefer a fresher wash, you can use a facial cleanser.
