Shake gently with the cap on, then slowly open the cap with the brush tip facing upwards. Be careful not to splash the liquid. Apply to the edges of your eyes or any areas you want to add detail to. Leave it in lukewarm water for a while and it will easily wash off. If it is difficult to remove with lukewarm water, use a facial cleanser.
I bought it on a whim and when I tried it out, I was so impressed that I bought it again! It's super thin, but it really makes your eyes look stronger. And it lasts a really long time. I highly recommend it!

This is the thinnest liquid eyeliner I've ever used. The brush is stiff, so you can draw a beautiful line at the outer corner of your eye. The burgundy looks cute when paired with rose brown or beige eyeshadow. I'm also thinking about buying the classic black.

I was out of stock of CipiCipi's liner, so I think I made the right choice by buying this! The brush is really super fine, so it's easy to use for filling in areas of the upper lashes and adding to the lower lashes. Compared to other companies' products, it doesn't smudge as much and seems to last longer! I ordered the wrong color (my lower lashes are so thin that one coat of brown might not be enough), but I think I'll try the black next time.

The brush tip is very thin and easy to use, and the color was just as I expected.
