Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

When I first started using it, I thought the shiny color was cute, but the color didn't last and it tasted like lipstick when I put it in my mouth, which was a bit unpleasant. I probably won't buy it again.
It makes your lips look so smooth and pretty. I have all the colors. It's also great for lip care.
I've bought three bottles so far. It has just the right amount of cooling sensation, is light to wear, and doesn't have a strong, refreshing scent - it's perfect. I have a lot of other plumpers, glosses, lip balms, etc., but I always end up reaching for this one. I use it morning and night, so it runs out quickly. Almost too quickly... I don't think it's very cost-effective. But I love this product.
