How to use
1. Gently lift your eyelid with your fingers, hold the eyeliner upright, and draw a line filling in the gaps between your eyelashes. 2. Next, draw a line from the outer corner of your eye to the center. 3. Next, draw a line from the inner corner of your eye towards the center, connecting with the line drawn in step 2. 4. Depending on your desired finish, add a flicker line or a droopy eye line to the outer corner of your eye. Simply adding color to the flicker line at the outer corner of your eye will elevate your usual eye makeup look.
