Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought 09 Glass Slipper. I was just there to get a sample of the newly revamped lotion, but the beauty advisor who helped me with my lustrous eyes made me ask, "What kind of eyeshadow should I use to achieve that look?" That's when she recommended this product to me. She brushed this product over my entire eyelid over the pale pink eyeshadow and brown eyeliner I was already wearing, and it instantly brightened my eyes with just the right amount of shimmer. I loved how it instantly bought it. The name "Super Shimmer" made me think it would have a really strong shimmery look, but it's not overpowering, yet it does add a lustrous glow and, above all, brightness. I was worried that the yellowish hue would make my eyes look dull, but my worries were completely unfounded.
I'm currently using 09 Glass Slipper and I love it! It's a pale yellow-green, sparkly and very pretty! I saw it in a magazine and the model's eyes looked so beautiful, so I bought it straight away. It's a seemingly ordinary colour, but it's amazing how it can make you look so beautiful. I use it by quickly applying it over khaki brown eyeshadow. It also creates a cute under-eye bag effect (^O^)/ Apparently it can also be used alone, but I don't have the courage to do that yet. There's nothing particularly special about it, but it's easy to use and makes you look beautiful, so it's a great product ☆
Clinique in the US often runs fantastic promotions. That weekend, if you spent over $80, you'd get a free mini eyeshadow palette, a half-size Chubby Stick, a travel-size liquid facial cleanser, a mini cream, a mini mascara, and a pouch! I was so excited by the extravagance of the freebies (it's like the time of year for Japanese gift sets!). Weekend promotions usually have pretty good freebies, but this one was even better! The eyeshadows were mini-sized and the colors were cute, so I split the $175 bill into two payments and got two. lol The freebie included the eyeshadow palette in 24 ANGEL EYES. It's such a cute color! It looks pale pink to the eye, but when you apply it, it's almost white with a subtle pink tint. The glitter is sparkly. It looks cute when you apply it to your under-eye bags, making them look plumper, and it's also lovely just to apply it to your eyelids. I liked the color and used up almost all of it, as it was only a small amount, 0.7 oz in total. However, it flakes a lot and the powder is not moist, so it disappears over time. lol A shadow base is necessary. By the way, the left one is 24 Angel Eye, medium, blush and eyeshadow, name unknown, and the right one is 66 Pink Chocolate (not available in Japan).
I bought 09 Glass Slipper. Reason for purchase: I saw a makeup feature in a magazine that featured it paired with red lipstick. How to use: 1. Apply Estée Lauder eyeshadow primer (cream) to the entire eyelid. 2. Apply Cosme Decorte eyeshadow primer (powder) to the entire eyelid. 3. Apply this product to the eye socket. 4. Apply NARS pencil eyeliner (navy blue). It really does capture the light... it creates a soft, lustrous finish to your eyes! The glitter is not too flashy, but gives a gentle, elegant impression. It's so beautiful! I recently had the opportunity to wear a kimono, so I layered this product with Dior's Duo Couleur 005 Pink (a limited edition from a few years ago) for eye makeup, and it was a big hit.
I bought a nude skin-toned eyeshadow. I can use it not only as an eyeshadow base, but also on top of my concealer to hide dark circles! I can also touch up my makeup without using concealer, so it won't smudge.
