Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's effective when your skin feels a little dry. When I used it in the summer, I didn't see the benefits and stopped using it. When I tried it again in the winter, I noticed an improvement in the stinging sensation caused by dryness. It leaves a slight film when applied, so I wonder if that helps prevent dryness? In my case, I used to put it away because I felt like using too much during humid seasons could lead to breakouts, but in the winter I can use it almost every day without any problems. I use about half a dropper, depending on how dry my skin is. This is just my personal opinion, but if you buy from CNP Laboratory, the dropper-type series is more effective than the spray-type, so if you're interested, try it here!
Does not dry out
I used it all up! It's a moisturizing ampoule, and it was simple and easy to use! I liked the mist, so I couldn't help but dislike the ampoule!
