What it is
Tone Up Color Primer is a makeup base with SPF29 PA+++ that evens skin tone and blurs texture without looking heavy. The watery formula corrects dullness and dark circles with a yellow tone, and holds moisturizing serum ingredients like argan oil and bilberry extract. Veil Yellow is the 30g shade shown here.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's not a bad primer, but it didn't have the color control effect I was looking for.
It spreads easily and has a strong tone-up effect, so you only need to use a small amount each time. It also has a moisturizing feel and is easy to use.
I bought this to mix with a dark base to brighten it up. A small amount is enough to brighten it up, so I think it's good value for money.
I bought it because it had good reviews. I didn't notice much color control effect, but I thought it was easy to use and spread well.
I apply it thinly and it may tone up my skin, but I only use it to correct my skin tone. I didn't feel any dryness even during this time of year.
