What it is
A water-based glitter liner with glitter of various sizes and multi-colored glitter that creates a stardust-like shine around the eyes. The pink color gives you idol-like eyes. Contains moisturizing beauty serum ingredients: hyaluronic acid and royal jelly extract.

How to use
1. Take an appropriate amount onto the applicator tip and apply in small dots to the under-eye bags, inner corners of the eyes, etc. 2. Spread with your fingers and blend in.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The colors are so rich and great! The colors are so easy to use! I'm glad they stay beautiful even after a while!
The holo looks dirty when it dries... It's very cute, but it's difficult to use because it looks dirty unless you put on a really small amount. I think it's hygienic and great that you can wipe it off with a silicone tip after each use!
I've tried a lot of glitter products for under-eye bags, but this one has the most delicate glitter and adheres perfectly to the under-eye area. I want to get the other colors too. As expected from Sasshi!
