1. With your eyes open and looking down, lightly place the eyelash curler on your eyelid and align the frame with the curve of the eyeliner. 2. Lightly press the eyelash curler to firmly grip the base of your eyelashes. 3. After lifting the base of your eyelashes, move the curler toward the tip and press 3-4 times to create a natural curve.
