Use an eyebrow brush or comb to arrange the hair flow of your eyebrows. To cut excess hair around your eyebrows, place the eyebrow scissors on your skin and cut from near the root. To raise long hairs at the beginning and end of your eyebrows, use an eyebrow brush or comb and cut them using the curve of the eyebrow scissors. For a neater finish, draw the shape of your eyebrows beforehand and then cut the excess hair. After use, wipe off any dirt with tissue paper or a dry cloth. Do not store in a damp place. Moisture can cause rust, so be sure to wipe it off especially well.
