What it is
As we age, signs of aging become more noticeable, such as uneven pores, dullness, and dark spots. This foundation addresses these concerns with its rich serum ingredients*1, providing both skincare and base makeup at the same time. It offers UV protection of SPF50+/PA++++. This all-season foundation can be used throughout the year, from early spring when UV rays become a concern to winter's dry weather. It can also be used as an "all-in-one foundation," providing serum, sunscreen, color control, makeup primer, and foundation all in one. *For those with dry skin, redness, or dark spots, we recommend using a primer or covering foundation, respectively. The smooth texture allows for a skincare-like feel. Formulated with high-adhesion ingredients*2, it creates a veil on the skin the moment it is applied, adhering to the skin like a magnet. Its makeup lasts for a long time, maintaining its beautiful, freshly applied appearance. How to use
[Basic Instructions for Use] After applying a makeup base, take a bean-sized amount (approximate amount) of Essence Foundation Premium in your hand and spread it all over your face with your fingers. Apply additional layers to problem areas. Blend quickly with a sponge. Finish with face powder. [ as an All-in-Foundation] After toning your skin with skincare, take a bean-sized amount (approximate amount) of Essence Foundation Premium in your hand and spread it all over your face with your fingers. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used this as it was included in the 2025 At Cosme Beauty Day sample set. I have a warm autumn undertone, but the yellow base felt a bit too yellowish for me. It felt a bit out of place, so I would have liked it to be in a different tone. It spreads well and has decent coverage, so I liked that aspect. It doesn't smudge easily and lasts well. Even if it does smudge, it smudges nicely and is easy to fix. However, the color doesn't suit me, so I won't be buying it again.
It's moisturizing and has great coverage. It's easy to blend without looking bulky, and it makes your skin look healthy.
I received this as a gift and used it, but the color was too dark and difficult to use. It feels gentle and moisturizing on the skin, but the foundation gets on the mask, so it might be better to apply it thinly and cover it with powder. Alternatively, since it's a dark color, it might be good to use it as shading.
I used a sample. I thought it might be heavy for summer, but it wasn't, and it was refreshing. A small amount goes on well and has good coverage, so I think it's good value for money. It's also great that it has five functions in one. When I applied it, the color was dark and I thought it might look like I was wearing too much, but once it blended in, it became a natural skin tone and there were no problems. It didn't crumble, so I like it.
