How to use
After washing your face, squeeze out an appropriate amount (the size of a 100 yen coin) into the palm of your hand and gently smooth it over your entire face to condition your skin. Then, squeeze out another appropriate amount (the size of a 100 yen coin) and smooth it over your skin. Then, apply lotion to lock in moisture.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's very watery. It leaves your face feeling smooth right after application. If you use it with a lotion from the same line, your face will stay smooth until the next morning.
The sample was fine when I used it, but the sample set was a bit disappointing. The lotion was thick and the cream was thick, but I felt it was drying. I'm not sure if it's because it absorbs well into the skin or because it evaporates quickly... but by the evening my face was starting to feel dry, which isn't the case with other lotions. It just didn't suit me! Anyway, I'm glad I was able to try the trial size!

The lotion is thick when I squeeze it onto the back of my hand, but it's not sticky and blends in easily, so I'll buy that as well! I think skincare for combination skin is perfect for overcoming stickiness.
