How to use
Please be sure to refill into the Aqua Label Treatment Milk (Oil-in) moisturizing container before use. After applying lotion, take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and smooth it over your entire face. <How to refill into the container> (1) Hold the bottom of the container's cap and turn it to remove it. (2) Firmly press the base of the spout to remove the cap. (3) Insert the spout into the container and slowly pour in the contents. (4) Insert the cap into the container and close tightly. This is not a beverage. To prevent accidental ingestion, please be careful where you store it. ◇Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇To prevent the introduction of germs, use the empty container without washing it. ◇After using up the contents of the refill container, refill the entire container. ◇After refilling, please note the manufacturing code (alphanumeric characters) on the bottom of the bag. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have dry skin, but I don't like the sticky feeling of lotions, so I've always used glycerin-free ones. However, this one is moisturizing without any unpleasant stickiness, and is very comfortable to use. The next morning, my skin feels smooth and properly moisturized. It also instantly tones my skin when used as part of my morning skincare routine, so it doesn't get in the way. By the way, I use the blue Aqua Label lotion. The only thing that bothers me about Shiseido is that it has a strong scent.
I've been using this product since it was renewed. I've been buying Aqua Label's whitening lotion quite often, but I haven't used their emulsion that much. After it was renewed and the ingredients became a hot topic, I bought it and fell in love with it, and it's already my third bottle, including the refill. There is a moisturizing type and an extra moisturizing type, but even the moisturizing type feels very moisturizing. In addition to blending it in after lotion or serum, you can also apply it on top of a mask to prevent dryness, or apply it generously when shaving, so I think it's great that you can use it generously. I plan to continue using the whitening type in the summer and the anti-aging type in the fall and winter.
I borrowed it from a friend and liked it so much I bought it myself. The texture is light. It's light but moisturizes well, and I don't feel dry until the next morning. It's not sticky but moisturizing, so it's very easy to use.
