Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Steven Knoll Natural Finish Balm Purchased for styling bob-style hair. I've been using the Steven Knoll series for a while now, and this one is also comfortable to use. It smells good, and it keeps the ends of my hair curled out just the way I want it, and it's also useful for giving it a glossy finish.
I used the actual product as a Steven Knoll monitor. The texture is softer than I imagined for a balm, and it can be easily spread on your fingers like a normal cream. I found it easy to spread on the palm of your hand and blend into your hair. The scent is familiar to those who are familiar with Steven Knoll. It's not too strong, just a light scent. The hair bundles are exquisite, with a great balance of wetness and dryness, and I liked the finish. It's easy to style, so even I, who am not good at styling, was able to achieve a fluffy, shiny hair!
