Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to take on trips! However, I stopped taking it because it was such a pain to have to remove the battery (?) when flying. I hadn't used it for about a year, but recently I've been working early in the morning and only put on makeup, so it's finally time to use it! However, since my hair is long, I think it would be too small to use it all the way around. In my case, I only use it on my bangs and the ends, so it's fine, and it's easy to curl the ends. Even if it's fully charged, it probably lasts for 2-3 days. It's small, but it's convenient because you can quickly use it outside.
Hair type: Soft, thick, super long. Straightened once. No bleaching experience. Compact and lightweight, perfect for travel. It has a luxurious appearance and holds a decent charge. I actually took it to a training camp (four nights and five days) fully charged and used it for about 5-10 minutes each time, and there was no problem even without the charger! It straightens hair well even with just a few passes. However, it only has two temperature settings: 160°C and 180°C, which are quite high, so I wish it could be set to around 120°C. It's less expensive than other ReFa products, so it would make a great gift.
