How to use
Take an appropriate amount (2-3 pumps for medium-length hair) in your hand, work it into your hair from the ends, and then work it in with your fingers or a brush. Can be used on both dry and damp hair.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have dark, dry hair. I bought this product after reading the reviews. It was too oily for me and didn't feel like it softened my hair, so I didn't like it. I've found other products I like, so I plan to use this one in the morning or occasionally as an after-bath treatment.
I don't bleach my hair, but I was so concerned about damage that I gave it a try. It feels smooth to the touch, and although I've used many milks in the past, this one ranks among the best! However, my hair is naturally prone to dryness, so it did get a little dry. This may be obvious, but I found it necessary to use it in combination with oil. The scent was pleasant and not too strong, so it didn't bother me, but it might not be suitable for those who prefer unscented products.
It makes your hair super smooth! It's rather moisturizing, so it might not be suitable for people who want a fresh look. I like it, but it might not be suitable for people who don't like salon-like smells.

It has a light texture and is not heavy, making it easy to use. I bought it to protect my hair from heat when drying it with a hair dryer. It says it can be used on both wet and dry hair. I also wanted to prevent hair color from fading. I've only used it a few times, but the scent is slightly sweet and doesn't interfere with the perfume I apply later, and it's not too big, so it's convenient to carry around. I'm going to try using it up for now.
