How to use
(1) Apply concealer to the area under your eyes where you want to make them appear plumper, drawing a line. (2) Use the shadow liner to create shadows under your eyes. *Blend with a cotton swab or your finger for a more natural look.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've always wanted to try this, so I bought it! It really makes my under-eye bags look beautiful, so I'm happy. I've been using this for makeup since I bought it, and I've been getting more compliments since I started using it. ◎ It really enhances the look, so I recommend it.
I'm going from 5 to 7. Until now, I was using Eyeholic's under-eye bag product, but it didn't really make my under-eye bags look plumper. Even though I don't have any under-eye bags, this one makes them look naturally plumper! It doesn't look unnatural, and it makes it look like you already have them! I'm so impressed! The core is soft and applies smoothly. However, I felt the shadow color was a little pale. I think pink beige would be better for cool undertones, and beige for warm undertones. If you use this and Canmake's Plumpuku Coordinate Eyes, it's perfect! I highly recommend it (I use Plumpuku neo 02). I'll definitely be buying this again!!
I'm cool-toned and purchased the Pink Beige shade. It combines a pencil to apply eyeshadow to the under-eye bags with a liner to create shadows under the bags. The liner color is just right, and while these types of products often have thick brushes that look unnatural, I liked that the brush is quite thin and easy to adjust myself. The color payoff may not be enough for those who want a more pronounced look, but I think it's perfect for adults who want a natural-looking under-eye bag makeup look. I used it as a liner, but the pencil is also incredibly natural and makes my under-eye bags look plumper, so I'm glad I bought it. I think this is the best under-eye bag makeup I've found in a while!
The pink beige is super cute! This is my second one and I highly recommend it.
Personally, this is a winner - both colors are natural and not overdone, so just by drawing a shadow line and applying concealer, you can instantly create natural under-eye bags. I'm not good at under-eye bag makeup, but this one is easy to create with just one product, so I highly recommend it for makeup beginners.
