Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was smaller than I expected, but it was easy to use and smelled great.
I have dry, sensitive skin. I'm an autumn type, so lighter colors suit me. My lips are normal width-wise and thicker length-wise. I'm prone to breakouts. I felt the moisturizing power immediately after applying it. It felt plump and comfortable. I could feel the high moisturizing power. It reminded me of my childhood when my grandmother would rub honey on my lips. However, as the product suggests, it does contain actual Manuka honey, and that's the smell and taste. However, it has a slightly sweet smell and a slightly bitter-sweet taste. It's lighter and easier to use than pure honey.
I continue to use HACCI lip balm because it has a high moisturizing effect. It also has a subtle color, so I apply it during the day like a gloss.
The packaging was very cute and the scent was lovely.
I bought this as a gift. The colors are subdued so it's perfect for a man.
