Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My face gets dry from the heating, so I bought this spray type. The spray comes out in a very straight line, and the amount is quite large, so if I try to spray it evenly, my face gets soaked. I bought it for use at home, so this is fine, but if I'm going to use it at work, it might be better to transfer it to a spray that comes out more gently.

It's a spray type that sprays out quickly, which is what I was looking for, and the large capacity is great. It's a light lotion, but once it settles down it's moisturizing. It's also convenient to use on the body.
