The flat, slender end of the Platinum Eye Massager can be used as a spatula to scoop eye cream from the containerAt night, use it as the last step in your overall facial skincare routine, and in the morning, use it before any products that provide UV protectionTake an amount about the size of a grain of rice for each eye onto the spatula, place it on your upper and lower eyelids with your fingertips, and gently massage it around the eyes. Gently massage it in, lifting the eyelids and under the eyes with your fingertips. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and children. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇If the refill can no longer be properly secured or the cap cannot be opened or closed, please purchase a new unit. ◇Do not use the massage tool for purposes other than massage. ◇Be careful not to get the massage tool in your eyes. ◇The eye area is delicate, so be careful not to apply too much pressure when using the massage tool. ◇Avoid using the massage tool on your eyelids, and be careful not to press too hard around your eyes. ◇Be careful not to get the cream in your eyes. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. ◇After use, wipe off any remaining cream from the massage tool with a tissue or similar material. ◇After use, wipe the mouth of the container clean and be sure to close the cap tightly.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
