Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use it as a mascara base. It's a sticky base, but if you put mascara on top it becomes fluffy. If you put colored mascara on top, the color will stand out. And it gives a lot of volume. It didn't get weirdly heavy or clumpy. It also has a sweet, honey-like scent.
I used to use Dior, but I changed to this one. First of all, the brush is easy to apply. However, it leaves a white residue, just like Dior. It coats each and every eyelash. The mascara I use is probably cheaper, so it may leave a white residue. The length and curl are normal. I think the brush will harden with the liquid as I use it, but if it's this easy to apply, I'd like to buy it again.
First of all, the scent is really nice. It just lifts my spirits. Not only does it give a beautiful finish, but it can also be used as an eyelash serum. I'll definitely buy it again.
I've tried quite a few mascara primers, from big-name brands to budget brands. Lately, my favorites are this one and the Dior primer. When I apply this Guerlain primer, my eyelashes feel moisturized and voluminous. It gives you soft, beautiful eyes. If you apply Dior mascara when your lashes are half-dry, it makes your eyes look more defined and beautiful. Both are great, and I keep buying them.
It smells like Guerlain honey. It's sticky but goes on nicely. The curl didn't fall off even after a day. When I put this on and then Guerlain mascara, it feels like I get both volume and length. For me, the white base is good because you can see where I put it!
