Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It applied beautifully even when I was wearing no foundation or makeup. It was neither too hard nor too soft, which I liked. I wish it was a little cheaper.
The pigmentation is good and the thin tip makes it easy to apply. The brush on the back is also convenient. Eyebrow pencils tend to wear out quickly, but this one doesn't wear out easily, so it's good value for money.
I've already used numbers 03 and 04 and they're very easy to use. I think the limited edition Ombre 045 will go really well with the newly purchased number 02.
It's 04 Dark Brown, but it wasn't as dark as I imagined and had a strong reddish tint. 05 might be better for black hair. However, 05 looks quite black, so it's hard to tell until you see it at the counter, so I wish there were a few more color variations.
I saw it recommended on YouTube, so I decided to buy it. The eyebrow pencil I'm currently using has been discontinued, so I've been thinking about which one to get, but this one is amazing. It's easy to apply, and it feels like you're drawing each eyebrow individually with a pencil. Sharpening pencils is a pain, but this one doesn't have to, which is nice. The color was just right, so I liked it. I bought another one as a spare.
