Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,

This was my first time using an eyeshadow base, so I can't compare it to other products, but the color payoff and staying power were better than just applying eyeshadow. My eyelids were dull, so whatever I applied always ended up looking gray or brown, but this product gives off beautiful color. I think it's worth trying out before trying an expensive eyeshadow base. I recommend it for beginners.
Canmake's eye cream primer has been discontinued, and I've almost used up my Excel Fit Eye Base, so I'm exploring new options. I'm glad I can still buy it, even though it's a limited edition product. My skin was uneven and dull, so yellow was my only choice. I also have sunken eyes, so I was hoping it would brighten my eyes. The large tip holds a generous amount of liquid, so I dispense it onto the back of my hand and then apply it with my fingers. It brightened my skin slightly, and the faint yellow that remains has made the unevenness better. It doesn't turn dark red over time, and the color payoff and staying power are quite good. It also feels moisturizing. If it weren't a limited edition, I would have repurchased it...it's such a shame. Until now, I'd been using yellow powder eyeshadow. Rimmel London Prism Powder Eye Colour 016 (discontinued. It was a golden yellow and looked great in many ways), Parado Single Eyeshadow YE01 (bought the discontinued version at Celle and it removed the dullness), Visee Avant Single Eye Colour 024 (a lemon yellow that was too light...), KATE The Eye Colour 051 (just right), etc.
I saw high reviews on social media, so I searched around and bought this. When I apply this and then my eyeshadow, it stays on so well that it barely smudges or comes off, even when I'm out and about late at night! It's scentless and easy to use. I liked the lavender color, but I can't find it anywhere, so I'm not sure which color to buy next!
It does a little to remove dullness. I only use eyeshadows that last well into the evening, so I honestly can't say if it's helping my makeup last longer, but it doesn't smudge or break down. It doesn't dry out my skin, and it improves the color payoff of my eyeshadow, so I'm glad I bought it.
