How to use
1. Open the packet and remove the tray containing the mask. Pour 25mL of water into the tray and soak the entire mask. 2. Remove the fully moistened mask and unfold it. Place it first over your eyes, then over your mouth, then press it onto your entire face. 3. After 10-15 minutes, remove the mask and massage any remaining liquid into your skin with your palms. Because it is a thick liquid, we recommend wiping it off with a tissue if you are concerned about stickiness. *You can use it daily depending on your skin condition, but we recommend using it once or twice a week. *This product provides sufficient moisturizing effects, but if necessary, apply lotion or cream after use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
