Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been interested in Karute HD for a while. I've been searching for a lotion with just the right consistency. Now that I'm 40, my skin condition has been gradually changing and becoming unstable. I have very sensitive skin, so I couldn't find a suitable lotion. Until now, I had only been using Besoften Lotion (toner) prescribed by a dermatologist. However, my skin started to crack due to dryness caused by heating, so I was looking for a lotion and found this. So far, I haven't had any stinging or acne! It's not too heavy, absorbs well into my skin, and leaves it feeling soft and supple! I plan to continue using it!
About two years ago, my skin suddenly went from oily to dry, likely due to aging or a change in diet. After struggling for several years and trying various products, I finally found this. The official website offers a 14-day trial kit, which I tried and found to be effective. I first purchased the pink, highly moisturizing care line. I used to feel dejected every morning when I applied CC cream, as it made my face appear dry, but it's gotten a lot better. Around summer, I switched to the green balance care line, which claims to "reduce the appearance of pores." It didn't seem to have much effect on my sagging pores, but it did prevent the dryness. The standard two pumps felt sticky, so I switched to 1.5 pumps, and even when wiping with a tissue. I think this is because I'm someone who doesn't absorb skincare products well. I'm also happy that it's fragrance-free, and the 15-day mini bottles are available in stores, making it easy to try. I have it at Tsuruha.
