What it is
The long-awaited eye pencil is now available in four colors, born from a color design that creates an exquisite mood and a comfortable application. The dense, matte color does not stand out against the skin and fits smoothly onto the eyes. The gel-oil formula makes it easy to apply, allowing you to create clear lines or smudge, giving you the freedom to use it however you like. Whether filling in the gaps between your lashes or creating a cat eye, the finish is beautiful, and the moist, velvet-matte texture adds a sophisticated nuance with every use. The included tip features a round, soft rubber that is perfect for blending, bringing out an exquisite expression.

How to use
Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. Use with caution to ensure no abnormalities occur on your skin. If the cosmetics do not suit your skin, discontinue use. (1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. (2) If the above abnormalities occur after direct sunlight exposure to the skin where the cosmetics were used. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. To prevent accidental ingestion by children or people with dementia, be careful where you store the product. Take care not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly immediately. If any abnormalities persist, consult an ophthalmologist. Tightly close the cap after use. Do not use with more than 2mm of the core protruding. If too much is protruding, it may break. Do not store in high temperatures or in direct sunlight. (The core may become deformed or break.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

[Colors I own] 02 Coffee The core is just the right hardness, making it easy to fine-tune from thick to thin lines. You can also draw beautiful lines at the outer corners of your eyes. It's very easy to apply. It doesn't fade even at night and lasts well. However, I think I made a mistake in choosing the color... Since it's called Coffee, I bought it expecting a dark brown like coffee beans, but it turned out to be closer to black than I expected. When I use it on my darker skin, I don't really get the brown color and it turns out more like an ash gray. It looks closer to black than brown, so it makes the eyes look harsh. I like how easy it is to apply, so I'm considering buying it again in a different color.
I rarely use a strong eyeliner these days, so I was looking for a pencil type that would give the impression of a darker eyeshadow. I tried out various Dragon Cosmetics pencils as testers, but this was just right. I also like that the lead is thick. Personally, I would prefer it to be a little thicker. However, I remember previously purchasing the limited edition color at the time, and after a while the writing feel changed, becoming more viscous and more sticky, so I'm a bit worried about that.

The colors are lovely, and it applies smoothly and is comfortable to use. It also has a brush on the other side, which makes it easy to blend. However, on my eyelids, it tends to disappear in the evenings as the lashes crumble. The tip is also thick, so it takes a bit of skill to finish the lashes neatly at the outer corners of my eyes. Rather than being a problem with the product, I think it's just a matter of it not being compatible with me.
