Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was expecting it to be a pure white cream, but it was actually a slightly milky, translucent cream. It felt smooth and silky to use, and best of all, it had a refreshing scent that lifted my spirits. Since I wash my hands frequently, I thought it would be a waste to buy something with such a strong moisturizing effect, but this hand cream is surprisingly affordable, so I think I can use it without feeling guilty.
The refreshing lemon and mint scent is so soothing. I bought it just to try it out, and it was a good choice.
It's not a "hand cream" but a "hand essence." It certainly has a light texture, blends in easily, and isn't sticky, which I really like. And! The scent is amazing! ☆☆☆ It's not artificial, it's a fresh lemon scent! It's incredibly refreshing! It's priced within a reasonable range for a trial, and the volume is large enough that you'll be able to use it all up in a trial, so if you're interested, be sure to give it a try!
It's smooth, has a nice scent, and is very easy to use.
It has a fresh, slightly bitter, delicious lemon and mint scent. When you pick it up, it's translucent, somewhere between a gel and a cream. When you spread it, it becomes liquid and blends in smoothly. Unfortunately, the scent fades quickly, but it only smells when you apply it, so it's recommended for when you want a change of mood. (If you want to enjoy the scent for a longer period of time or want more moisture, we recommend the hand cream type.)
