Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like watery lotions, so I bought this one, which isn't too rich. It's not thick, but when I used a cotton pad, it glides on very smoothly, so maybe it is a little thick? The surface isn't sticky, and it moisturizes my skin just right (normal skin). It doesn't have any other benefits, but it glides on my skin so well that I find myself rubbing it on myself. The scent is just great! It's not too sweet, but not too citrusy, and although it's supposed to be woody, I don't really get that. It's a large capacity, and the pump-type design means you get the same amount each time, which is great. The container is also light and plastic. I've been using SK-2 lately, but the price has gone up, so I'm switching to this one. It's watery and a bit sticky, which is completely different from the SUQQU I'm using this time, but it's still moisturizing, so I think I'll buy it again next time. I saw it in a magazine and was intrigued, so I bought the actual product. I use two pumps on a cotton pad. It's refreshing and absorbs easily, which I like. The scent isn't too strong, so it's not bad. I haven't noticed any dramatic effects like finer skin texture or more translucency, but so far it hasn't caused any dryness or flaking. It's expensive, so I'm not sure if I'll continue using it.
I was looking for a refreshing lotion and purchased this. Here are my impressions after using it for a week. Pros: The pump-type design makes it easy to use! Using a cotton pad, I was able to cover my entire face with about 2-3 pumps. The size is large and it's great value for money! I think it's good value for money among luxury cosmetics. Areas for improvement: The scent is unique! To be honest, it smells like a men's perfume. It feels even more masculine than unisex. It doesn't suit me personally, and the scent is a bit too much for daily use. Those sensitive to scents might want to try a sample. Ethanol is a concern. The third ingredient on the ingredient list is ethanol, which is present at a high percentage. I have sensitive skin that's sensitive to alcohol, so it did irritate me slightly. It's watery, but it's moisturizing and absorbs well. After use, my skin felt cool and absorbed. I recommend it for summer. However, the scent is too unique for me, so I won't be repurchasing it.
