How to use
When hair is completely dry, apply an appropriate amount to the area you want to style, then massage it in with your fingers to style your hair. If any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.) or darkening occur during use or after use or in direct sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. Do not store in high or low temperatures, in direct sunlight, or out of reach of infants and young children. As this product contains naturally derived ingredients, there may be variations in color and scent, but this does not affect the quality.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My hands are very rough, and even styling products can irritate them, so I was looking for something gentler on my skin and finally found this. It's a balm, so it doesn't have much hold, but it does give my hair shine and keeps my frizzy hair in place, which is great. It seems like you can use any left over as hand cream, which is great. My hands didn't irritate, so I'll keep using it for a while.
The scent is nice. It's good for dry skin, but I didn't feel like it had much staying power. I don't think I'll be buying it again.
I bought this product after trying out the tester at the store. The balm spreads easily and is easy to style. However, even though it was brand new and unopened, I noticed a slight oxidized smell when I applied it to my hair.
My hair tends to get frizzy and coarse, so I wanted a heavy feel to give it a wet look, which was perfect for me! I used to mix balm and oil, but since I discovered this product, I don't need to add oil, and just a small amount of balm is enough to keep my hair in place. I'm sure people who like a heavier feel will love this!
I recommend this to anyone with a lot of hair who wants to reduce the volume! Even a small amount is enough to reduce the volume and make it even shinier. I'll definitely be buying this again. The scent is similar to the blue one in the product. I love the scent. It doesn't have any setting power, so I use it when I have straight hair and want it to stay put.
