Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The mask was so good I also purchased the serum. I have sensitive skin and lotions that don't suit me sting easily, but this serum didn't. The next morning, my skin felt plump, just like I'd used the mask. I'll use this when I don't have time to use a mask.
I was looking for a glycerin-free serum and finally found this. Toner and gel alone aren't enough, so adding this makes my skin feel plump and smooth. It's reasonably priced and I appreciate the pump-type formula.

It has a refreshing, light texture that blends well with my skin, making it easy to use even in the summer. I also personally love the scent, which reminds me of herbal essential oils. Since I started using this, I feel like my inner dryness has calmed down. The only drawback is that it's not readily available in stores yet. I'll try buying the face mask, which I've seen frequently, at a later date.
I liked the cream so much that I also bought the serum. It comes in a plastic container, which makes it easy to throw away. The scent is stronger than the cream, but I like it.
