How to use
Take an appropriate amount (about one heaping scoop of the special spatula) into the palm of your dry hand, massage it into your makeup, then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was good, cheap, soft and easy to dissolve. I think the cleansing power is the best in the series. Disappointingly, the finish is slimy and prone to comedones. The feel is similar to Cezanne's balm.

I was intrigued by the corn ingredients, so I bought it. It's pretty good. It's comfortable to wear and removes eye makeup well. I've only just started using it, so I'll wait and see.
It was in a lucky bag I bought over the New Year. It removes base makeup and eye makeup nicely, but it doesn't do anything to pores or blackheads. There's nothing particularly noticeable. It feels like a regular cleansing balm. I don't need this one, so I won't be buying it again.
