How to use
Dispense approximately three pumps into your hand, gently massage into your makeup, then rinse with cold or lukewarm water. You don't need to use a facial cleanser, but you can use one if you prefer. Attach the pump to the eco pack and place it in the holder. For repeat use, simply replace the pump. *The eco pack features a special pump that prevents air from entering the container, allowing you to use it until the very last drop. Regular bottle pumps cannot be used with eco packs. Always use the special pump. *The eco pack pump becomes difficult to dispense after extended use, so we recommend replacing it after about three uses. *You can use your current eco pack holder. *If you are concerned about the eco bottle's dirt, rinse it with water and dry it thoroughly before use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin became irritated when I used the aroma type. Essential oils like lemongrass oil, bergamot oil, bitter orange flower oil, and lavender oil are known to be irritating, so after a process of elimination, I found that one of these was the culprit. This unscented type doesn't contain any of these, so I recommend it. It didn't irritate my skin at all.
This is my favorite cleanser and I've bought it over and over again! It removes makeup so easily that it doesn't seem to put a strain on my skin. It removes even heavy makeup so it saves time on washing your face! I'm lazy, so it's great that it comes off quickly and cleanly!
I use this cleansing oil all the time. It can even be used by people with eyelash extensions! I recommend it because it quickly and cleanly removes heavy makeup like eyeshadow. I'm also happy that it comes in a refill.
