How to use
Take an appropriate amount (2 pumps, about the size of a 500 yen coin) and spread it over your entire face, blending it thoroughly with your makeup. Then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It may be less irritating to the skin, but it doesn't remove makeup that well. In fact, when the beauty advisor applied it to me, it didn't remove all of my eye makeup. It may just not be a good match for me.
I love the refreshing feeling it leaves after washing, so I keep buying it! It's refreshing but not drying, and I think it helps skincare products penetrate well. It's an item that makes removing makeup a pleasure.
I usually use a gel-type product from another manufacturer. I received this one and tried it right away! It's a smooth oil that almost spilled from my hands, but when I applied it to my face it blended in well. My skin felt quite smooth and pleasant to touch after washing! It's not sticky like an oil, and it has a very light, smooth feel. I wondered if it would dry out if I continued to use it... but I didn't notice any dryness after just one use.
It's an oil, but it cleanses away dirt without removing excess. It also lifts out dirt from pores without scrubbing.
This cleansing liquid doesn't require double cleansing. It's thick and doesn't drip easily, making it easy to use. I use it in the morning to wash my face, and in the evenings on days when I'm not using foundation, as a cleanser and face wash. When I used Shu Uemura's cleansing oil, I was bothered by the stickiness, so I used to double cleanse, but this one isn't sticky, and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, so I love it.
