Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My hair is thin and prone to frizz. It tends to get dry, but it doesn't irritate my scalp at all, and the scent isn't too strong, so it's an easy-to-use shampoo. I deal with the dryness with oil. I'm undecided about the actual product, but even the expensive salon shampoos leave my hair dry, so I think this one will be fine.
I've used both the shampoo and treatment more than twice. I'd been struggling with dryness and flyaways, but both were a perfect fit for my hair type! I especially liked the treatment! ★The shampoo leaves your hair feeling perfectly airy, neither too heavy nor too light. It has ample cleansing power, thoroughly removing any residue. When I touched the ends of my hair after rinsing, they felt moisturized? I liked how they retained moisture in the ends. ★When I touched the ends of my hair after rinsing with the treatment, they didn't feel dry and sparse like usual, but rather, like after shampoo, they felt slightly moisturized! I realized this is what it feels like when Uruturu is perfectly suited to my hair. It's great for creating a base that allows other care products to work effectively!
I used the sachet. The scent was okay, but not particularly memorable. It was just average to use, so I don't think I'll buy the whole thing.
It has a nice scent and lathers well. I sometimes get itchy after using shampoo, but this one doesn't, so I think it's right for me.
I only used the treatment. My hair felt moisturized after rinsing and smooth after drying with a hair dryer, which I liked. I'd also like to try the shampoo.
