How to use
Squeeze out 2-3 mm before use. If you squeeze out too much, it may break. After use, pull the lip balm back down and cap it. Do not store in high temperature areas. After meals, etc., wipe around the mouth before use. Do not use if you have any abnormalities such as cuts or eczema. If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, itching, or irritation, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I usually use the yellow honey type, but in winter my skin gets dry really quickly, so I bought the unscented one as a savior. It's my first time using it, but Nivea is definitely more moisturizing than the others. It's a stick type, so it's easy to apply, and it's great for when you want to moisturize outside!
