Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this from suzykirei! Thank you! I'm grateful that it leaves a little curl even when used alone! My lashes tend to clump a little at the tips, but it separates them delicately! When used with Kate's mascara base, it adds volume and keeps the curl until the evening! Also, because it's jet black, I thought it would look too obvious and old-fashioned, but that wasn't the case at all. It really makes my lashes stand out and is easy to use on a daily basis!
When used with Kate's Lash Maximizer, it lifts your lashes beautifully without clumping. It also has great hold, so I recommend it.
I love mascara that keeps curl and is waterproof, so I've finally found a mascara that works on even my short lashes.
