Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to compare it with ReFa's Lock Oil. ReFa is a lighter, smoother oil, while this one is heavier. If you have fine hair, you might want to be careful not to apply too much. ReFa leaks easily when you carry it around, but this one has worked without any leaks. As for the all-important curl retention, I have the impression that ReFa locks the curl in place. However, this one is cheaper and I like the scent better, so there are pros and cons. I might just go for ReFa next time.
I was using ReFa's Rock Oil, but I tried Rock Hair Oil, which is a little cheaper and seems to have a similar feel ^_^ The feel is similar, it protects my hair from the heat of the hair iron, and keeps my style in place ♪ The scent is a little strong, but I think I prefer ReFa's. However, it's a little cheaper and the scent fades quickly, so I might buy it again. If you're using ReFa, please give it a try!
I switched from ReFa Lock Oil. I was looking for ReFa but they didn't stock it or it was sold out, so I was in a bind and bought this. It smells like Oronine. Lol, I've gotten used to it now, but it bothered me at first. It seems to have better staying power than ReFa. I think it's pretty good.
I tried using this product because my curls tend to fall out easily, and it seems to make them less likely to fall out. The scent is also nice.
