Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like the Peony & Blush Suede scent the best among Jomalone products, so I bought it to use during bath time. I usually use a body soap from a drugstore, so I use this when I want to lift my spirits. When I lather it up, the scent fills the bathroom and is soothing. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing, which I love.
The fresh and gentle sweet scent of peony is just what you'd expect from Jo Malone! While washing, you're enveloped in a wonderful scent and fluffy foam, making for a happy bath time! After washing, it feels refreshing, but it doesn't dry out the skin and is comfortable to wash with. I regret not buying a larger bottle (^^) lol
The sample scent is so good! You can smell it just from the hand soap!
I received a sachet type sample. At first, I used it a little at a time to wash my hands and I wasn't sure what it was, but when I used it in the bath, I thought, "Wow, what a nice smell." It was light and fluffy. The bathroom smelled good for a while after I got out. I thought, "I'm going to try some cologne!"
I bought this because I'm moving to a new house! It smells great and fills the whole bathroom with this scent. I like the scent.
