How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this as part of a gift campaign on Suzykirei. It's great because it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing. It comes out as foam, which is convenient and saves time, so I use it to wash my face in the morning! I'd like to buy it again when I run out.
More than I expected! A safe facial cleanser with luxurious, fluffy foam. I have sensitive skin and some cleansers can sting, but this one is easy to use and I can use it generously. I've tried several brands of foam cleansers before, but this one has a very rich foam, and every time I use it, I feel like I'm enjoying a luxurious wash. The instructions say that one use is 2 to 3 pumps, but I felt that 2 pumps was enough. I didn't feel any tightness after washing, and when I used it in combination with this brand's cleanser, I felt like my skin texture was smoother. This foam cleanser was more satisfying than I expected, and I'd definitely like to use it again.
I received this from Suzykirei! I usually use ACSEINE's Reset Wash. This has a pure white foam like whipped cream. It's soft and feels good on the skin, leaving it moisturized after washing. I also like that it doesn't contain any unnecessary fragrances. However, I tend to get dead skin cells buildup, so I like to wash it thoroughly at night, so I use this in the morning.
