What it is
This UV makeup base beautifully conditions your skin by controlling color to address skin concerns. This makeup base features color control, allowing you to choose the right color to address dullness, uneven skin tone, and other skin concerns. It's free of UV absorbers, smooth on the skin, and gentle on sensitive skin (with careful consideration for skin irritation), achieving SPF37 and PA+++. Its even application, easy spreadability, and seamless fit allow for effortless skin renewal without any special technique. Moisture control powder selectively absorbs excess sebum, while amino acid-derived moisturizing ingredients* provide a lasting, beautiful finish. *Phytosteryl/Octyldodecyl Lauroyl Glutamate<Featured Ingredients>●Film Excel (Caesalpinia Spinosa Fruit Extract, Kappaphycus Alvarez Extract) refines skin texture and smooths pores and other imperfections. ●Moisture control powder (calcium carbonate, hydroxyapatite) By absorbing only excess oil (fatty acids) while leaving skin's moisture and necessary oil (triglycerides), it maintains moisture while providing long-lasting results. <Color> 01: For skin that tends to look tired and for skin that wants a natural brightness. A pink nuance color that brings a healthy glow and transparency. 02: For skin that tends to look yellowish and dull, and for skin that wants to add a fleeting impression. I tried using it with a stick foundation, so here are some notes. When I combined it with Curel cream and Centella colorless sunscreen, it immediately started flaking. As everyone else said, it doesn't work with moisturizing foundations. If that's the case, I guess all Korean sunscreens are a no-go. I'll try it with other day creams to see if it works. If you apply it properly, the coverage is decent. It doesn't make pores look conspicuous. However, with the Osaji diamond-shaped sponge, you have to blend it in quite vigorously to remove all the residue, so it seems like it might be a bit harsh on the skin.

I used a sample of 03. It has a very thick texture, and when I first tried to spread it with my fingers, they got stuck, so I switched to a sponge halfway through. It doesn't spread well, so I ended up using a lot. It has a strong pigment and contains powder that absorbs excess sebum, so I decided to try it on half my face with and without face powder, without any foundation, to see how it would work. It fit snugly over my skin, and for a while it looked shiny and beautiful. However, when I held back sweat with a handkerchief, the color transferred heavily! It didn't work either way, with or without face powder. I thought the product's characteristics would make it suitable for summer, but it seems to be sensitive to sweat.
I have sensitive skin that's prone to severe allergies, so this is the only primer I can use. Other primers with sunscreen ingredients, even though they don't contain any ingredients I dislike, either break out in acne or make my eyes water, making them difficult to wear for long periods of time. I was surprised at how low the reviews were! My personal color palette is summer/autumn deep, and I'm on the paler side. I usually use 03 Beige, which conceals blemishes and imperfections, making my skin look its best. I can easily go without foundation. I've tried other colors, but the pinks make my skin look too white, and the purples make my complexion look pale. It seems like many people struggle with flaking, but I mix it with Minon's gel sunscreen. This allows for a clean application without any flaking, so try mixing it with your existing sunscreen first. I also recommend applying it immediately after moisturizing before applying makeup. If this product is discontinued, there won't be any primer left, so I definitely hope it doesn't get discontinued. It's truly a life-changing cosmetic.
